Mr. Golubow devotes his practice to the representation of debtors, creditors, creditor committees, bankruptcy trustees, and asset purchasers in out-of-court workouts, reorganizations, business acquisitions, and liquidations. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Golubow served as judicial law clerk and judicial extern to the Honorable John J. Wilson, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Central Distrcit of California. Mr. Golubow is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Orange County Bar Association-Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the Financial Lawyers Conference. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992, Mr. Golubow is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (BS, cum laude, 1985) and Southwestern University School of Law (JD, 1992) where he was a recipient of the American Juirsprudence Award in Civil Procedure.
