Mr. Opera specializes in Chapter 11 reorganizations representing debtors. He has confirmed numerous plans of reorganization in complex Chapter 11 cases involving many operating companies and real estate concerns. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1981, Mr. Opera is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania (BA, 1978) and the University of California at Los Angeles (JD, 1981). He has been a keynote speaker at bankruptcy seminars held by the Orange County Bar Association and the California Continuing Education of the Bar, and continues to serve as an instructor for the Orange County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section.
