PAUL J. COUCHOT
Mr. Couchot specializes in Chapter 11 reorganizations representing debtors and creditors committees. He has participated in the confirmation of numerous plans of reorganization in complex Chapter 11 cases involving many operating companies and real estate concerns. Mr. Couchot also has extensive trial experience in the bankruptcy litigations context. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987, Mr. Couchot is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara (BA, 1984) and the University of California at Davis School of Law (JD, 1987).
